What the damn shame really is would be the fact that everything they have been asked to do since August 9, 1945 has had absolutely nothing to do with "protecting us" and everything to do with advancing corporatist imperialism. Not that it's their fault, but for Hell's sake, let's drop the myth that this clusterfuck, or Vietnam, or Korea, let alone Grenada :rolleyes: had one damned thing to do with protecting America.

The US military should be doing nothing BUT defending the US. Any other use of it is blatantly unconstitutional.

That was to stop a Hitler wannabe fascist from committing genocide. And it should have been primary a European operation to stop that fucking piece of shit. Republicans didn't like that war because there was no money to be made.
