I was hoping Trump smoked a blunt and swigged a 40 with Kanye and then they slapped some twerking asses. Maybe that happened later when the press was gone.

After watching that... I'd suggest a Let's Make America Weird Again hat...

It did demonstrate the stark reality of two people, with little in common, except off-beat celebrity status, trying desperately to come across as informed, clever and worthy of their power positions in life in what could be a historic and potentially meaningful exchange, but was ill-timed, poorly prepared and an utter failure for either person to turn the event into anything but a circus sideshow... best forgotten.

Watch it with the sound off and the body language alone is painful to observe...

If you look at Trump's eyes the guy is tired and has a lot weighing on his mind. He's playing along knowing it's a good PR opportunity but he looks like a bored adult ready to get back to work but he's stuck listening to a kid enthusiastically talking about what he's going to do when he grows up.

Yeah it didn't look good... in the last several days I've seen clips Trump meeting face to face with people and his uncomfortable posture with arms crossed is screaming he's way out of his element. His comments also appeared unfocused and scattered... maybe exhaustion, but also signs of a very poor listener and lack a grasping the subjects in front of him at times. The worst have been the Kanye meeting and the FEMA briefing for hurricane Michael.
