My plan is to (if they ever tour) follow the band for 5 shows from the closest to syracuse ny to start and the next 4 dates after that.

By the time the real Van Halen pulls their heads out of their asses, and decides to give the fans what they really want, no one is gonna want it anymore and they are gonna have to pay me to see them....

How much would I spend?

I would add the full ticket price from all the times I have seen VanHalen since 1986 and multiply that amount by 100.

(18 years X $0) X 100 = $0.00

Yup, that's what it's worth to me.

Am I a dedicated fan or what?

Edit: I just saw that real Van Halen was being discussed and not the teletubby-fronted version. I'd pop a hundred to see real Van Halen (provided Eddie gets his chops back)

having a family and only one person would be tough to spend alot. back in the day I would have spent anything but who knows if the time came what I would do.

right now I would have to limit myself to $500 a pop for 2 tickets so me and my wife could both go.

$1000 would be alot to see a band but again it is the mighty VH!
