He is ripping off his base right now to the tune of $170 million or so (and counting).
This PAC he set up recently is supposedly to pay for investigating the election or whatever, but there is nothing legally in force requiring him to spend the money one way or the other.
People are just blindly sending him money and he can do whatever he wants with it.
