    The Nuge

TED NUGENT Perform National Anthem At DONALD TRUMP's Mar-A-Lago Resort in Palm Beach

"I've been so honored and humbled to spend time with the great man," Ted continued. "There's
something very spiritual about this crazy guy. I say 'crazy' — he's crazy like you; he's crazy
like me; he's crazy like this welder I know down the road that, no matter what welding job you
have, he shows up early and he welds something that will never break, and then he goes to
his next welding job, and he leaves a vapor trail of high energy, of positive spirit."

Man, I used to love this guy (Ted, not Trump) and his music.
When he just played guitar and rocked he was on point.
Unfortunately he's gone too off the rails for me and I can't even listen to his music anymore.
It's tough when you have to try'n separate the artist from the art - I still listen to Miles even

Nugent offstage saying obnoxious things is hardly new.

When I do listen to terrestrial radio these days and...oh, what's that song...Stranglehold comes on the classic rock station, I'll still give it a listen.

I clicked on the link and read the rest of 'the Nuge's' comments, which were of the Obama/Hillary Is Satan variety.

Problem is, there are so many fringers in elected office spouting off that same nonsense these days that Nugent isn't even unique. Just old and tired.
    Scramby eggs and bacon.

"(Nugent claims) that 30 days before his Draft Board Physical, he stopped all forms of personal hygiene. The last 10 days he ingested nothing but junk food and Pepsi, and a week before his physical, he stopped using the bathroom altogether, virtually living inside his pants caked with excrement and urine. That spectacle won Nugent a deferment."
