CBS closed its nightly win with the 4.7/11 share for its airing of the Boston Pops 4th of July celebration.

nice to see 4 million people watched Dave sing that night!

Wow the Van Hagar tour will have to continue for another ten

years to get that much exposure.:D

smart move would be to lay out some new tracks. I liked him touring the old stuff, but if Hagar is doing the same thing it really is a conflict and it splits the audience. If he comes out with something new however, he can reap his rewards with the exposure he's been getting, with new music and that should equal a decent tour. ;) Something like EEAS or DLR Band would be great. With a stellar video to promote!

since it was just two songs, i doubt he was paid well but im sure he was paid

Well if its true, about his appearance fee, Id say he was paid at least $40 g's for the show.

lately? he's been all over the news. charities, emt training, pops....

Ed and the crew has been touring, for the FIRST time in how many years? Good tour or not. It reeks of greediness.

Dave will gather his troops and put out another stellar cd and tour from that.
