I bet they TRIED to get a hold of Mike....Ed was too busy in the studio(passed out in his own filth) and Alex/Shemp was busy with domestic issues( trying for divorce #3 and wondering why Ray Daniels wouldn't return his phone calls). Besides, the sisters feelings were hurt that Mikey was hangin' around Spammy. So they showed him, they got Spam back and didn't invite Mikey over to play "hide the pickel"!

There is no great conspiracy because Eddie is playing bass on the 3 new VH tracks instead of Michael but I don't expect another Van Halen tour or another VH album after this one to be honest with you!!!

The record isn't gonna make any money anyway, they will all be LUCKY if they walk away with 100k a piece. The returns on this piece of shit are going to be phenomenal.
