Well, I have an electric blue Telecaster, it`s really bright.
The shape of the neck, weight of the body etc. are different from my black strat but it`s hard to tell if it makes me play any different.sigpic

I think it's a legitimate question; Sight is the only sense other than hearing that is constantly in use, affecting almost all your decisions (conscious or unconscious).
I don't think it would conciously affect your playing, but definitely it will on some level.
