I'm glad that Dave doesn't seem to hate Eddie as much as a few people on this forum seem to hate him. Dave is above all that.
I can't understand why people keep putting Ed down that bad. As if anybody out here knows him in person. As if anybody out here knows Dave in person.
I see people posting messages about beating Eddie up, saying he can't play, saying he's a lousy human being, joking about the man's personal problems, etc. And many times this is done without any humor at all. Those people act like teenage girls I think.
I think Van Halen with Roth can never be beaten as a rockband. Sammy Hagar is a joke. But why should Ed play the rest of his life with a guy he can't get along with (Dave)?
Also, people seem to forget the greatness about Eddie's guitar playing, wich was 50% of the success of Classic Van Halen.
I don't see what Ed's done wrong to all the people who don't even know the guy. Lighten up, everyone.
