Much much better.
During the last four years, I bought a house, two new cars, witnessed the birth of my son, and got a champion english mastiff. During the previous eight years, I drove a used car, and rented an apartment.
I'm now self employed and lovin' it.
I guess that part corroborates the Bush camp's claim that while withheld tax collections may be down, self employment is way up.
No matter what I hear or read, I only truly know how things are going for me, and I'll vote accordingly. I can't/won't vote for you. If things aren't going so well for you, then maybe you should vote differently.

personally, these past 4 years have been very prosperous
to me. i'm closing on our second home in 3 years, my wife
and i have great jobs, our child is doing well in school, and
we're healthy. politics aside, yes we are better off than we
were four years ago.

I'm not better off emotionally though, because the needless suffering, and the cost of life, and the reputation of our country is in the hands of pure evil. It weighs heavy on my mind.

So because I'm financially better off, am I now suppose to thank the bushies, even though they had NOTHING to do with it?
