RnR Hall of Fame-Dave solo?

Just wondered what your thoughts were on Dave getting into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame for his solo work?

I have the feeling that even if VH gets in soon, it is going to be a disrespectful shame because of all the history and controversy that still is there.

Do you think they will let Dave in on the merits of his solo work? Do you think they will give it to him in his lifetime?

He ought to be appointed toastmaster general of the world by the UN, with the sisters, Spammy and the bass player laying at his feet, Worshipping him In Spirit And In Truth. And then they would let Spammy out the backdoor and proceed to be Inducted into Rock 'N' Roll Hall of Fame, followed by a new studio album, interviews announcing a world tour and little sister Eddie explaining his behavior on the last tour as "I was sick of the Ronald MCDonald clown strutting around in front of the stage".

not so much for his solo career but for what he represents. iv been there and its cool, but dave will be the stamp of credibility any rock hall of fame needs to have. with VH or not. DAVE IS ROCK AND ROLL . for gods sake look at some of the nameless sausages that have been there since day one. does ALI belong in the boxxiing hall of fame? gee i wonder.

No, I don't think Dave would ever make the Hall as a solo artist. With VH, yes.
