Dee Snider as a radio DJ

Pretty boring, borderline unlistenable. Anyone else had the experience of listening to him as a DJ on your local radio station?

I'm sure he's a nice guy but I'm amazed he's coasted this far on one OK song in the mid-80s.

The problem with him is that he considers bands like VH and Kiss etc. his peers. I've seen many, many interviews where he has said as much. TS was just a novelty act with a few good tunes IMO.

They put out some good albums, but not in the same vein as real Van Halen.

I still have tapes of that dude hosting Heavy Metal Mania on MTV, the precursor to Headbanger's Ball.

He was the "morning guy" on a station in Hartford a few years back. It didn't last too long, but I thought he was all right.
