    MLB: Major 3 way deal nixed...or is it?

    Philly, NYYankees (of course) and the Florida Marlins...

    Philly would get Dontrelle Willis...

    Yanks would get Pat Burrell for the outfield...

    and both teams would send the Marlins 2 of their top 4 prospects...

    it seems dead in the water...but it would solve many issues for all 3 teams...
