gotta admit, i was hoping the wiz could do it again. though the suns completely dismantled them this time.

though, as insane as the suns have been this season so far, i think they play the west a bit more in the second half of the season then they have so far.

So what's the over/under for Sun's losses this year? They have 8. I say 15, maybe 16. May have to take the under there.

oh, i'm definitely in for the under on 16...

        probably 15, too.

Interested in NBA trading cards? I've currently got auctions up on ebay featuring Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and a Shaq rookie card. Check 'em out by searching seller ID 1toddlintown.

Mavs 44-9 at the All-Star break. I remain optimistic and realistic, after what happened last year, still maybe . . .

Suns may be starting to show some wear and tear, they play the same 8 guys basically.

              Has anyone seen POJO lately?

I have visions of him going ballistic over the fact that the Cavs apparently did not succeed in getting a real point guard before the trading deadline...

                The Cavs should get Bibby.

He would be perfect for the Cavs

Trade deadline passed at 3 PM EST today, so it's too late, I believe.

I think the Lakers will probably go for Kidd after the season is over and he's a free agent. That way they can keep Bynum. They'll probably end up signing Pippen in the next few days to try a stop-gag measure at the 3 spot.

Mav beat Lakers 108-72, worst home loss in Lakers history. Ouch. Mavs, 52-9, play Suns Wednesday night, that'll be a big one.

Spurs have won 12 straight, Yao Ming and Rockets playing good ball. Things are going to be interesting in the west come playoff time.

And in the I don't believe it category, Ron Artest beats his wife/girlfriend/domestic partner. Kings "give" him 2 games off. He has an upcoming court hearing in the matter.

Well former Mavs coach Don Nelson is 2-0 against his former protege, Avery Johnson. Go figure. Mavs streak ends at 17. Oh well. Tommorrows game with Suns is a big one.

artest's girlfriend knows better than to throw a beer in his face...

and how about my wizards? i was worried about having the #1 seed because i assumed the heat would get shaq back and make a late charge in the season to hit the #8 spot.

then, wade goes out, the heat catch fire early, and now i'm worried about sliding to the #5 spot and facing the heat in round 1 on the road.
