I've been trying to follow a band that I've never heard...they are called The Black Country Bandits. Why would I do something so seemingly stupid? Because the lead vocalist is the son of Robert Plant. I have been intrigued by this fact, wondering if he has the same set of pipes as his old man....the website does mention his howls. Going by his partial name, Logan Romero, it seems he is trying to stop any comparisons to his father. Dropping the Plant last name might be a good move, and it could be a bad one. Without his father's name people will not be as quick to take note of this band...with it he is doomed to being compared to possibly the greatest rock singer of our time. I call that Julian Lennon Syndrome. Think of it, if he doesn't sound like his father he's fucked, and if he sounds like his father he's fucked. What is a poor boy to do.
