Whitmer on the ticket would put Michigan back in the blue column. It's been leaning orange since Biden started appeasing NuttyYahoo's genocide in Gaza, as there's a big Muslim community in the greater Detroit area. I really doubt they're going with two women on the ticket, especially under these weird circumstances. Three month campaigns are normal in France or the UK, but it's totally different here, where we're used to the ridiculous two year Presidential campaign cycles.
I do think they will strategically go with a "swing state" governor as the new VP nominee. Probably not Whitmer though.

Times have changed though the world moves way quicker with social media. It used to be maybe the USA needed a long time for elections because it's a big place but now with so few swing voters and so few states in play does it?
As Terry posted the US seems to not have many swing voters at all these days. at the recent UK election the Conservative vote went down 20% that's unthinkable in the US.
I actually meant Whitmer as the presidential candidate not the VP candidate and I agree 2 people with vaginas would blow peoples minds too much especially if one had brown skin as well.Comment
