The article only claims that Gabbard is "soft of Russia and Syria" and both of those claims stem from her criticizing Obama on his involvement in Syria's civil war and Biden's approach with how he's acted in supporting Ukraine vs Russia. Those concerns don't really raise any real issue...
Remember back in the 2016 election in which Gabbard took out Harris before primary voting even began and then Slick Willie's wife turned her fake Russian collusion lies against Gabbard calling her a Russian operative...

She has since suggested that the United States covertly worked with Ukraine on dangerous biological pathogens and was culpable for the bombing of the Nord Stream gas pipeline from Russia to Germany in September 2022. Also it seems to have become a thing that Trump was completely cleared of the Russia thing. He was not that was just the spin at the time. The Mueller report outlined lots of links between the Trump campaign and Russian intelligence. Trump said on TV they should hack Slick Willie's wife's computers and within 5 hours they did! Mueller indicted, convicted or got guilty pleas from 34 people and three companies, including top advisers to President Trump, Russian spies and hackers with ties to the Kremlin.
