That's odd...Most of America can't choose their doctor. Their insurance company does!!! WTF?
Sometimes they do pay cash and not all insurance policies are suck ass no choice ones. I got a $300 discount on a CPAP machine because I paid cash. I usually pay for my routine doctor visits in cash.
BTW, I'm not sitting down trying to itemize every bill I get for $60 tongue depressors...'cause if I did have to pay cash for that, somebody's gonna fight.
