You can get some great Chicago style pizza in Arizona, of all places. Which is funny, because you would have thought NY style pizza would have done better there, at least when the Bonnano mob was around.

What is "New York" and "Chicago style" pizza?

I've heard the term...not sure what makes it different.

The main difference is the crust.


New York pizza is thin, hand tossed crust, traditionally cooked in a brick oven. You can pick up the slices by hand easily and eat them. Most American pizza is based on this model, though a New Yorker would probably tell you they all get it wrong.


Chicago pizza is deep dish, and cooked in a pan. If it's done right, you probably need to eat it with a fork, because if you try to pick up a slice, you'll end up wearing most of it. Not as common outside of Chicago, but as I said, some places like Arizona are starting to catch on. Maybe the fact that the President is a fan of this type of pizza will do the same for its popularity that Reagan's endorsement did for Jelly Bellys.

That can be done now, with the cooperation of their internet service provider. Most ISP's use Dynamic IP (DHCP) now, so there aren't any IP's directly assigned to a physical address, but you can usually narrow it down to the town they're in. Which takes you to the ISP. They would probably have to tell you where it goes from there.

Occasionally though, you still come across a Static IP or rarely a home T1 connection which would actually give you the home address. Haven't seen one of those in a while though.
