Trump isn't holding public office right nor and never has therefore he can't use his political clout to influence other politicians or grant political favors.Hillary on the other hand does hold a public office therefore she can. If she's granting political favors in exchange for contributions to any cause even if it's only meeting with someone it's bribery. I would like to think there are laws in place to prevent that but it doesn't appear there is. Debating which foundation is better than the other is irrelevant.
