Hippy Gov vs Trump Administration

I have a Motive Power Extractor for the car
and dump the oil back into the Mobil jugs. My friend has a 55 gallon drum at his shop, another shop picks up the full drum and they burn the waste oil.
The Jeeps are all tall enough for me to roll my F A T ass under but that used oil goes in the same drum.
Brake and other fluids get collected twice a year at hazmat collection day. Save your old washer fluid bottles and rinse them well, then transfer oil or whatever into them. I wouldn't trust the lids on the collection pans for transit.Last edited by twonabomber; 12-29-2016, 07:02 PM.Leave a comment:

I prefer the reusable ones but I usually just pour my used oil into the jug my new oil came in so I can just set it behind the local AutoZone and let them handle it.Leave a comment:

Last time I got one of those disposable drain pans the goddamn thing leaked on the way to the hazmat center at the county garbage dump. Great idea in principle, but if you cant transport it to where ever you're going to dispose of it, that's a problem.Leave a comment:

I hate rebates unless they're instant. I'd just as soon get a free oil filter or one of those drain pans that double as a container to take your oil back to the store to get rid of it.Leave a comment:

How are you going to recharge these batteries? With electricity from a windmill? Ha ha ha ha ha!!
How are you going to dispose of these batteries? Batteries in general are an environmental nightmare. Hell, they can't even get a little ole cell phone battery to survive long, or keep from blowing up. So, I can imagine a landfill full of dead Tesla batteries will be a great thing!
How are you going to maintain the motors in the windmills, that require oil, grease and lubricants?
What are you going to do with these hulking pieces of shit when they inevitably become giant rusting eyesores? How are you going to resolve the mold issues that I know for a fact is an issue with them? (Yes, I know this isn't publicly talked about, as it is being swept under the rug by the people making the money off these things.)Leave a comment:

Let me guess, once everybody in the world is driving a battery powered car, the "global warming" issues will be cured.

But hey, you dumbfucks keep believing what you're being told, because it's what you think you want to hear. If you live long enough, you'll find out you've been scammed yet again by those controlling the purse strings.Leave a comment:

following up that self serving diatribe..........
just to recap the bullshit...........
A chilly Arctic summer has left 533,000 more square miles of ocean covered with ice than at the same time last year
And now it's global COOLING! Return of Arctic ice cap as it grows by 29% in a year
533,000 more square miles of ocean covered with ice than in 2012
...
Another climate denier shithead red herring...Leave a comment:

Gov moonbeam: Bankrupt California leftists vow to fight Trump with the last dime of your money.
bullshit facts and bullshit evidence and repeating the same bullshit mantra over and over again.......(cow farts)
if it's settled science, pull all the grant money from the universities and research labs.
And.........
has anyone noticed the large number of backyard barbecuing, smoking car driving, tv watching, water drinking illegal aliens, that contribute to global warming? Does that just happen in miami?

Norway funded a massive renewable program by selling billions of barrels of their oil to other countries as though they somehow live on a different planet.
I guess their argument would be that the benefits will come in the future and selling their tech to us now would be part of that.
I used to post on a motor oil/automotive site. A 5L jug of synthetic motor oil is like nearly $100 in Norway. We can go to Walmart and buy the same here for like $23 and get a $10-12 rebate on it! Crazy...Leave a comment:

Why are you pulling an article from 3 years ago in the Daily Mail (the UK National Enquirer) about Artic ice coverage when it is currently at the lowest it's ever been?
You are not a climate scientist and neither am I. Where your education system has failed you is that you don't know how the scientific method works. You don't understand global science and how it is funded and by whom. You don't understand the motivation of scientists and you refuse to consider that fossil fuel companies have been campaigning and feeding propaganda and doubt into the system.
If we had the internet in the 1970s you would have been the guy shouting that lung cancer caused by smoking was a hoax and just an excuse to tax cigarettes.Leave a comment:

BBC reported in 2007 global warming would leave Arctic ice-free in summer by 2013
Publication of UN climate change report suggesting global warming caused by humans pushed back to later this month
A chilly Arctic summer has left 533,000 more square miles of ocean covered with ice than at the same time last year – an increase of 29 per cent.
The rebound from 2012’s record low comes six years after the BBC reported that global warming would leave the Arctic ice-free in summer by 2013.Leave a comment:
