Yeah, well, Trump ran a xenophobic, misogynist campaign and - as part of his hat trick slur - also managed to find the time to denigrate a crippled person.
The tone and tenor of his campaign will have consequences for him. If the worst consequence is that of only being able to get Ted Nugent and Kid Rock to perform at his inauguration, Trump will have gotten off lightly.
The lack of celebrities willing to perform at his inauguration is more likely the result of their fervent disapproval of what Trump said and stood for during the campaign - and the legislation that's coming down the pike - than any sense of intimidation or worries about career repercussions, Bill O'Reilly's assertions to one side.Scramby eggs and bacon.
