This thing with Biden's handling/possession of Classified documents is really quite odd and questionable as to how the series of discovery and handling have been performed and by whom... Still unclear why a special counsel was appointed and what they are investigating. What details are not being disclosed based on the DOJ handling..?
Many in the media want to draw correlations to Trump's classified document issues... but I don't see a whole lot of similarities other than the common element involving mishandling of classified documents. I still don't see why appoint a special counsel... Biden openly admitted to having the classified documents outside of a secure location and where they were stored. Based on Federal law, in a simple interpretation that's enough to charge and convict on a felony. Especially for the the Obama era classified documents which being Vice-President does not offer him any of the special protections and considerations that may apply to a President.
