But how the hell did her date set her up? C'mon...you know you're beyond reaching. Are we supposed to believe that her "Democratic partner" said, "Hey, Lauren, you should vape near a pregnant woman in the theater, tell the pregnant woman 'no' when she asks to stop vaping...then I'll rub your tits while you jack me off...yell and sing loudly...and then when we're asked to leave, you should turn to the pregnant woman and call her 'a sad and miserable person' before asking staff workers, 'Do you know who I am?' while we're leaving. They give us the pro-wrestling show and get rich in office and stay in office. If you are in your home state, around people who know you and you depend on their votes you put your best face on. NITRO, I like you. You're a nice guy. But to even insinuate anything by saying "IF" is, again, kind of ridiculous. It's below you.

The woman already has a long history of trashy behavior. She even defended her husband who exposed himself to minors.

No, it isn't interesting at all. I guarantee you that there are a ton of other cameras in the place. They weren't just filming her!! This is standard practice for museums, theaters, etc. For all we know, she's in the middle of the shot circulating because news outlets and YouTube cropped the footage to center it on her. (They also highlighted her in the shot...NOT the museum, but the news outlets and YouTube.)

Why do you think it got leaked to the media? Because the woman has a sick, rabid following and she lied in her first statements about what happened. Any theater worried about the backlash from her following would happily take their security footage and publish it to confirm that her initial story was a lie. No way would the theater let there be any room for doubt over what actually happened because they weren't about to take the blame for what they had to do.

Do you really think that if this happened in New York and AOC was caught doing the exact same thing, the theater would not release the footage in order to protect their credibility?

And, to play Devil's Advocate, let's pretend he got her drunk beforehand... Her behavior does not excuse what she chooses to do in public to other people while drunk.

But seriously, NITRO, you're smarter than this. You're way above the whole Tucker Carlson style of "I'm just asking questions," even though you know what you're not-so-subtly insinuating is ridiculous.

Let's be honest here: You damn well know (you even said it) that the woman is basically pond-scum. You damn well know she has no real excuse.

So why then revert back to the Tucker-style method of lightly casting doubt on any of the credibility of this story?

a) Making generalized statements about all politicians and the Washington game of finding dirt is a slight attempt to take away from the outrageousness of this particular politician.
b) Even insinuating that this could be some sort of "set-up" by just asking questions will (as you know) be perceived by anyone reading what you said as you leaving room for her to have an out.

And this is one of those rare cases in which even few Republicans are trying to give her an out. She knows she hurt herself politically, for once. She has no out. There is no defense...not even the "people behave badly" in Washington attempt.
