Hey hey!! ... look what I bought just a few minutes ago!!!!!!!!!!
I didn't figure it would cost that much coin.

I HOPE, on both deals it was the seller trying to raise me seeing if I would bite ...
My mxr emulator does hella better than any single flange out there thus far that I've tried and returned ...
Makes me wanna get a DL4 emulator for the sole purpose of having an echoplex ep-3 ...
Also I kept that digidelay because "in store credit" forced me to keep it ... it was the only tape delay in the house ... funny
I almost have my secure live setup of effects ... 5-6 ... not really bulky either so I won't have to HAUL the shit ...Leave a comment:

I'm going nuts here folks ... ever hear of the MXR analog delay? ... Uh uh!!! ...
The delay will be my magic box that I stomp ... like my 3rd main pedal ... after the flange and phaser ...
totals right now for both 835 ...

Oh my ... seeing how I could have it by the end of today ... I'm the highest bidder at 510.00 with a maxbid of ??? !!! ...
All of a sudden you tell me I could have THE mxr that started it all by the end of the day after all this? Damn right it's worth my maxbid...
I needed specific gear ... that was 1 of them ... even though I've seen a few max around 3-400 ... fuck it ... hope the remaining effects won't take my arm off like this one will ...
BY THE END OF THE DAY!!! ...

So basically Dunlop is doing a redesign to compensate for the part...hmm, I wonder which part is giving them trouble.Leave a comment:

I just got off the phone with one of the execs down at dunlop ... he said to expect a press release right around NAMM time ...
They're "%80 there" he added saying that the main issue with it's discontinuance was an anolog part that kept getting rarer and rarer to keep in stock ...
I guess Ed and Perry bought them out near the end ... buying the last 20 for the each of them a year and a half ago ... funny shit indeed ...Last edited by Eyes of the Night; 12-21-2004, 08:16 PM.Leave a comment:
