Use a tuner, kids.

Shit when I started playing tuners were expensive. I had a pitch pipe. It dropped out of my mouth one day and cracked the finish on my Ibanez Roadstar. That guitar had a ton of clear coat on it and it just cracked like a car windshield. The pitch pipe really did a number on it.

I rarely use a microwave........not out of fear of radiation but because food tastes like shit cooked in it or isn't evenly heated.

The only two things I can think of where I would like this would be with a floating trem or you wanted to change tuning live. The floating trem thing wouldn't work because of the locking nut and I only use standard tuning at the moment.

I'm wondering if you need locking nuts though if you have this thing.

If society does break down and you're not 100's of miles up in the mountains or in wilderness all you're buying yourself is a few more days of pain!
