Ever notice how there are some really funny people at this site. The outrageousness and humor of Dave attracts outrageous and funny people to his fan base. As a result his fans are pretty cool people.

Sam on the other hand is like the class dork that tries to be funny in order to get other people to like him. But in the end he is still a dork. Like attracts like. Sam's fans are boring humorless dorks just like him.
