Every so often, someone takes the initiative to start a channel over at Youtube that isn't merely a dumping ground for a pointless collection of unrelated clips focusing on Jack Ass styled humor or obscure tunes, and is actually worth viewing. A user named VanHalenLive has created a channel devoted to VH of all eras, with some pretty damned clear live footage of the band including the entire shows from Largo '82 and the US Festival. Yes, you'll need to dig through some Hagar era baloney, but while doing so you'll discover some terrific sounding footage from the 2007 shows as well.
Bear in mind, there is no guarantee that the poster owns the footage offered, and some of the clips end rather abruptly before the song is complete. Yet for a one-stop video bootleg site, overall it's not too shabby.
Here is "HFT" from 2007. Yeah, the footage dates from the "shirtless and not necessarily sober" part of the tour, but looks and sounds relatively OK nonetheless.
