email notifications

In the old days Im sure i didnt have to rmemeber to tick the box on every post to get email notifications..is there a away to get it done automatically for every thread I post in please ?

I made it so that you would have to tick the box when you reply... reason being because most people wouldn' t untick it..
Thus getting all these emails and writing me asking not to get any emails..
plus.. all those emails bog down the server..
That being said.. I can change it in your usewr info to make it do it by default..
get ready for alot of email!
