As far as people complaining about the look.
I should have just left it purple! Minnesota Vikings Roth Army.
This is the best the place has looked since 2007.
When we had the dogtags up, everyone complained that they looked like dildos.
We are not going to please everyone.
There are a few things wrong with the colors/CSS on this website.
Eventually I will fix them.

The logo is fine. Anyone who is doing a search for Dave will certainly know where they are. No one will be confused.

I thought about doing a nipple one for a logo and might work it up later, but unless porn channels become OK for work environment a nipple would be a bit much for a logo. I also pulled a boob for a work up logo.

Hey another "Is this just me" piece of feedback. When a new PM arrives Im not

The iPad is cool, but just one more gadget that is a little too big, kind of a "tweener" as we say here in the States... like a 6'7" power forward in the NBA, not quite enough height, not enough weight to go up against most power forwards, and a little too big to guard the guards...

What they SHOULD make is a MacBook Pro with a DETACHABLE touchscreen, that way you have your traditional full powered lappy, and then when you just want to kick it in bed and read the Times or a novel or play Bejeweled like my fucking ex for 30 minutes before bed with no sex, but I digress... that would be killer. Just too many fucking devices... but I do love my iPhone... it has probably cut my regular computer use by 25% at least. I tried to go use my old HTC Pure and Samsung Blackjack II and WinMo is like the fucking stone ages now... if I don't stick with Apple, it'll be Android...

How was that for a complete digression and off-topic post?

I just scored a free Iphone last week ! Im liking it so far.... Before we go totally O/T I think the HP Slate would be
worth holding out for, before investing in an Ipad.... I like to be able to fuck with the OS and peripherals !

It's a bug with the latest version of the "Thanks" mod. There is nothing I can do about it until the developer updates his mod. I am hoping to have the groan button eventually.

I reckon the site looks fuckin amazing. Dunno who to credit most. For those that were not
around at the beginning this has more the feel of the first incarnation.
In fact the old original Pirate logo would slot in here easily...

Um. Dude... I wasn't referring to the most excellent community of people we have here.
I was having a chat with someone here the other day about the posters, and I have a hard time
thinking of one poster I dislike. If I dislike them, I actually like them, because they invoke dislike
which stirs different reactions.. So even the bad are good !

And for anybody that cares about the details of this project: spoke with Melton and we are going with Travis for the production. We got a few bites from our ads, but none of the other prospects responded to Melton's follow up emails. The only guy who had an ounce of enthusiasm for this gig was Travis. Those two are hammering out production details and will get back to me with when Travis will be available to start/timeline etc etc etc.
