Quincy Carter is the worst starting QB in the league. He improved last year, but he still isn't an NFL caliber player...he makes too many mistakes, too many stupid throws in crucial situations. Realistically though what free agent quarterback is out there right now that is better than Quincy Carter right now? I can't think of one right now.
