LMFAO! Arrest Warrant Issued For Tom Delay

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- A Texas court on Wednesday issued a warrant for former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay's arrest, and set an initial $10,000 bail as a routine step before his first court appearance on conspiracy and state money laundering charges.

Travis County court officials said DeLay was ordered to appear at the Fort Bend County, Texas, jail for booking, where he'd likely be fingerprinted and photographed. DeLay's lawyers had hoped to avoid such a spectacle.

The warrant, known as a capias, is "a matter of routine and bond will be posted," DeLay attorney Dick DeGuerin said.

The lawyer declined to say when DeLay would surrender to authorities but said the lawmaker would make his first court appearance Friday morning.

The charges against the Texas Republican stem from allegations that a DeLay-founded Texas political committee funneled corporate money into state GOP legislative races through the National Republican Party.

I can see many tax audits, at the very least, on the horizon for Ronnie Earle. His case better be air-tight. I doubt that it is.

So did Kenny $tarr, but that was OK, right?

Rather than trying to justify Bug man, take a look at the Big Picture.

House Majority Leader under indictment (and under arrest)

Senate Majority Leader under investigation for insider trading stock fraud

Several members of the BCE under investigation for TREASON (and all of them guilty of it)

How can you continue to defend these criminals??

It is easy. He, BBB and Elvis are:

                A) Delusional, or
                B) Stupid, or
                C) Trolling for a very long period of time simply to piss off sensible people, or
                D) Terrorist Wannabes, or
                E) All Of The Above

Let's face it....anyone who willingly supports high treason, murder, corruption at the expense of the taxpayer (FELONY THEFT ON A GRAND SCALE), genocide, conspiracy, etc. is normally labelled (by the United States Government) a "TERRORIST".

Seems Warham, BBB and Elvis all support terrorism, as the BCE is made up of terrorists on a global scale.

Al Quaeda are amateurs compared to the BCE.

Who trained AlQaeda in the first place?

                    Yep.... that's right. The BCE.

You can argue all day whether or not they were justified in doing so at the time with that whole Afghanistan thing, but the fact remains that they ARE a creation of the BCE.

DeLay Booked on Charges in Texas
Lawmaker Spends Less Than 30 Minutes at Sheriff's Office

HOUSTON (Oct. 20) - Rep. Tom DeLay turned himself Thursday in at the Harris County sheriff's office, where he was photographed, fingerprinted and released on bond on state conspiracy and money laundering charges.

"He posted $10,000 bond and they have left the bonding office," Lt. John Martin with the sheriff's department said.

DeLay, accompanied by his attorney, Dick DeGuerin, showed up about 12:15 p.m., appeared before a judge and was gone in less than 30 minutes, Martin said.

The appearance came a day after a state court issued an arrest warrant for DeLay and set an initial bail, a routine step before the Texas Republican's first court appearance Friday in Austin.DeLay had been expected to make the appearance in his home county, Fort Bend, a suburban county southwest of Houston, where an entourage of media had been camped out awaiting him. Under Texas law he could check in anywhere in the state

DeLay has stepped down as U.S. House majority leader - at least temporarily - under a Republican rule requiring him to relinquish the post if charged with a felony. Two grand juries have charged DeLay and two political associates in an alleged scheme to violate state election law by funneling corporate donations to candidates for the Texas Legislature. State law prohibits use of corporate donations to finance state campaigns, although the money can be used for administrative expenses.

The indictments charge that a DeLay -founded Texas political committee sent corporate donations to the Republican National Committee in Washington, and the national party sent funds back to the state for 2002 campaigns.DeLay has denied wrongdoing and accused Travis County District Attorney Ronnie Earle - a Democrat - of having partisan motives. Earle has denied the accusation. Earle did not ask for the arrest warrant for DeLay but approved the court's request, his office said Wednesday.

"What we're trying to avoid is Ronnie Earle having him taken down in handcuffs, and fingerprinted and photographed," DeGuerin said last month. "That's uncalled for, and I don't think that's going to happen."

DeLay 's Republican fundraising in 2002 had major political consequences, allowing the GOP to take control of the Texas Legislature. The Legislature then redrew congressional boundaries according to a DeLay -inspired plan, took command of the state's U.S. House delegation and helped the GOP retain its House majority.
