That's what I love about this fucking site. You never know what somebody's going to come up with.
Anyway....if you've never seen it, I would recommend picking up "The Ultimate Stuntman: A Tribute to Dar Robinson."
It was originally released in 1990 and has some awesome behind the scenes shit on how he pulled off those amazing stunts.
I'll always remember watching him prep and pray for the jump he did off the 22nd floor of a building in "Stick." He was actually playing a villain in the movie, and he did the jump using only a 1/8" cable so it couldn't be seen by the camera. Fell backwards off the building and emptied the fucking magazine of his handgun shooting up at Burt Reynolds as he fell.
An extremely intelligent and innovative guy who died way too soon.
