    Check out this cool program!

This freeware program, The Rasterbator, will take any image you want, and split it up into the number of component images required to print an image as large as you want, up to 20 meters (60 feet) in size. You tell it what size paper to print each part of the image on, and it will also provide a light outline on each page to allow you to cut the margins off so you have what appears to be a giant photo.
In some of the images below, you will see some images compiled of printed sheets without the margins cut off.

    It is an online service:

    http://arje.net/rasterbator

But you can also download a freestanding program:

    http://arje.net/files/Rasterbator_Standalone_1.2.zip

Here are some examples (from several thousand in the online photo gallery at that site:

Alrighty then...over the next few weeks the Army should post their newest creations. I've got some areas in my house that are going to get some CVH/DLR treatment.

Thanks for the post and the great links, Hardrock69.

    stay tuned...

I'd love to give this a go - make a small one in black and white, using a laser printer... Now all I need is a laser printer....

Very cool Hardrock! You find some incredible stuff out there

And to answer your question....no I am not from Florida.

I try like hell to keep things all fluffy bunnies and pink daisies. But brutal truth smacks me in the ass all the time.

    Ha...right on.

I still have not gotten around to doing anything with it, but then, I have limited wall space, and it is all full right now.
