Looney Toons/Merry Melodies

I've heard of the Looney Toons LP, but really know nothing about it. My friend just bought a copy of the red LP vinyl record and I thought I'd ask you all for some info, considering you're the most knowledgeable classic Van Halen fans there are. Is it rare? What's the general worth of the LP?
