The original version of "Cum on feel the Noize."

Lots of shiny stuff and chicks in the audience. Now that's rock!

    SLADE are the shit.

Very underrated band, excellent live band (they've not long reissused all their live albums on a 2-disc set...there's the proof).

I wish Noddy and Jim would get off their ass and do one more tour.

Just listening to the SLADE box set, actually.

        Production.

The original was in 1973...production wasn't great on it.

Well Quiet Riot was good when Randy Rhoads was the lead guitarist, I'll give you that. But Kevin DuBrow sounds like a pirate trying to impersonate Noddy Holder.

Noddy looks like he should be smoking a pipe at the end of a rainbow guarding a pot of gold.

He has the power to change the screen color into green if you watch carefully. LOL Those "Leprachan" movies he was in were pretty good.

Kevin DuBrow was the biggest geek/goon/dork/rock and roll wannabe/poseur/dipshit cunt EVER!!! He mocked Dave's smartass gig along with trying to mimic Rod Stewart. ZERO originality whatsoever. That schmuck is the epitome of a rock and roll clown. People say that imitation is the most sincere form of flattery but that dude had no pipes to back up shit. Still dunno why the fuck Rhoads or Sarzo played with that tool?

I always kinda put Twisted Sister and Quiet Riot in the same queeya boat back in '83 or '84. However and in the now, I actually respect and admire Twisted Sister. Quiet Riot on the other hand just lucked out and sucked. Hence, NO longevity whatsoever. They were LAME!!!

Quiet Riot were such a flash in the pan...suppose I can give them credit for Metal Health, which didn't totally suck and did sell a lot of records.

They had no staying power in the end, agreed. Think it's because once people (including Rudy Sarzo) actually realized what a dipshit Roth wannabe cunt DuBrow was and how utterly average the band and their original music was, which was right around the time Condition Critical came out, it was all over far as the big time went.

In all honesty, even their stuff when RR was in the band wasn't all that great.

I would say he's tied with Don Dokken.
