              Looks a bit Art Deco...
Why settle for something you have, if it's not as good as something you're out to get?

Yeah, though I admit I like the sound of those, I can't even stand the looks of them...the Duncan 'Lil 59, JB Jr. and Duckbuckers all sound great, but are sort of fugly to me personally...

That's kinda why I gravitated towards stack designs, probably -because a least they maintain the traditional look.

I'm witholding commentary till I can see what the coil looks like, but the polepieces seem to be influenced by Lace which are very good in themselves yet use untraditional polepiece magnet designs also.

They look interesting, it wouldn't bother me playing them in the least so long as they had the clarity of singlecoils.

The only singlecoil humbucker I like so far is still the DiMarzio HS-1 although like its HS-2 and HS-3 brothers sounds a bit hot and lacks highs of the stock single coils.

I'm assuming by the looks of it, this is a north-south/north-south magnetic phase trick to cancel some of the hum and is probably mostly effective but not the same as a true humbucker.

                          I'd like to try one!
