Kind of surprising that Dave knew so little about 'whiskey' given he's been no stranger to it over the years.
Anyhoo on the spelling, which he mentions, whiskey is the American and Irish spelling, proper whisky and the spelling of everyone else in the world does not have an 'e'. It's kind of like football that way. -
