                      i recommend the new Morrison biography that just came out...i had it sent to me to review and will talk with the author...its a great read and shows just how truly messed up Morrison was ALL THE TIME. I didnt realize that the Doors had been a band for less than 10 years total from starting to signing to death.

                          I could never look at Val the same way after I saw the movie.

                          Kinda funny how someone so totally out of it could be that poetic. Morrison & co. will always be legends, be it in the rock world or otherwise. Yup, from music to Jim's leather pants, legends...

                                      Morrison...talk about the flame burning out quickly...almost had to be...

                                      Yeah...they weren't together for real...but for 6 or so years of recording..amazing when you think about home much Morrison transcended rock and roll since...
