Whenever I hear a Coldplay song I think of the scene in Silence fo the Lambs, with Buffalo Bill tweaking his nipples and applying makeup...I think you could put just about any Coldplay song in this scene and make it twice as disturbing

I just watched Silence of the Lambs the other night again.
You are right Dave ! That scene is probably the only
place I could think where a coldplay song could actually
        be suitable.

Exactly. Most bands don't even make it through their first decade before either somebody dies, somebody quits/gets fired, or the band disintegrates completely.

True of the Beatles, Stones, Zeppelin, Ac/Dc, Van Halen, Sabbath, or pretty much any other band you could think of.

"Evans" must be the modern day equivalent of "Best"

I really don't like these 360° stages where you end up spending half the gig looking at the bands assholes.

Slayer is the first thing that comes to mind, but they did change drunmmers for a bit, but Dave Lombardo is back and one of the best live drummers on the planet...

That's not way to talk about Edward Van Halen.

Hey, Yngwie has tons of really great songs, but they're all hidden in tons of albums full of filler repeat formula songs that they're hard to find. Even for me...

If he would have scaled the good songs down to five of six albums he would be much more noteworthy...

Unfortunately, like Paul McCartney, he released every piece of crap he ever recorded...
