So did Porn ho write this or was it Al?

Damn, I know it can't be Ed, the words were spelled correctly and he didn't even mention a cup.

I hope all the idiots trying to put a spin on this tour being cancelled being a good thing (a new album, building up the press hype) feel stupid.

Could have seen this coming a mile away.

This band is never getting back together.

Long quote from Dave just added. Not sure if the Dave quote is legit but it seems real.

              It's on the official site:

And God heard the voice of the lad. Then the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said to her, “What ails you, Hagar? Genesis 21:17

                Maybe Ed's serious.

                Maybe this isn't a Lohan/Spears-like stunt.

God knows we don't want him freaking out and shaving his head.

I did not say Dave wrote the response. It was a quote from Dave.

This band is more predictable than a sunrise.

Either way, it's not like he's busy

                      1. rehearsing with the band, or

                      2. packing to go to the induction ceremony.

                          I can't say anything bad.
I hope he gets cleaned up.

I hope Ed gets his shit together for his kid.

And I agree there won't be a tour next year either.

If he doesn't go to rehab he won't be alive next year.

If he does go to rehab they are going to STRONGLY suggest he doesn't tour...too many temptations to drink. He'll probably just retire.

I'm sure the tour with Dave will still happen in the future. I hope Ed gets his life cleaned up. I wouldn't want to pay high dollar for tickets to see CVH if Ed isn't playing up to his tremendous standards. The worst thing that could possibly happen is for him to ultimately lose his battle with alcaholism and die. As a human being, a fan and guitar player inspired by him, I'd like him to be around for a long time to come.
