I was in Dublin this past week and was wearing a Brewers shirt while walking up some stairs. An Irish guy says to me, "sorry about Prince." Thought that was pretty funny.

In 2-3 years he will be not missed by you guys, with no protection at the plate for the MVP this year yeah, but he isn't worth the money with his defense & is def cut out for the AL. (DH)

He was a larger than life character for sure. He is one of the main reasons I supported the Expos.

Also a big part of the Mets.

The Expo's used to be on tv in Toronto before we got the Jays, and I used to

watch the games in my room while my parents thought I was sleeping. I was

always a Gary Carter fan. RIP.
