Cleveland is like a mini Canada in that where people tried to start a county, that shithole in Ohio is a failed attempt of people who tried to try to start a city. Depressing place. The paper also ran stories detailing the criminal records of the kid's parents. It's like they blamed the parents first, and now they're going after the police.
