1. If Beltran was going to get signed by the Yankees
2. If Milton was going to get signed by the Yankees
3. If Pavano was going to get signed by the Sox
4. If Pedro was going to resign with the Sox
5. If Varitek was going to resign with the Sox

Johnson would have to be acquired via a trade he's not a free agent until next year I believe.
