The Mets announced Beltran's signing on Tuesday, and Cameron promptly reversed field. A source told Newsday that Cameron has demanded a trade. The idea of Beltran and Cameron covering the same outfield had us (and likely Mets' pitchers) excited for a day or two, but apparently Mike isn't as keen on the idea. We'll see if the busy Omar Minaya can find Cameron a new home in the next few days.
