Good pics. BTW, while we're at it, here's one I particularly dig...

                  Hewitt does have personality...

but Bomber...you make the guy sound like a fucking soldier...lmfao...

                  he's not...let's not go overboard.

I think Hewitt was immature early on...a lot came to him quickly...and he's certainly much more rounded as a player and on-court person than he was 4 or 5 years ago...
I saw the crowd boo the reporter, good stuff.
As for making him out to be a soldier,um I don't think so.:D
Just like the way the guy plays and his attitude out there on the court.
I actually picked Federa at the start of the tournament and if Lleyton is to beat him then he may well need to be be firing bullets down at Rodger.

Hewitt has yet to beat Hrbaty. That player is a real piece of work too...

Maria Sharapova sure is hot, but here's my fave:

Elena is also a very nice girl. She can flash real bright smiles and she can also speak French very well.
She'll play vs Lindsay Davenport in the 1/4 finals. Gasp!

Mary Pierce defeated Justine Henin, very surprising. She'd never won a set against her, but she led 5-0 in the first set, only losing 4 little points until then. Final score: 6/3, 6/4.
Pierce will play against Mauresmo in the next round.

James Blake, who beat T. Robredo, will be hard to stop now. Anything that may happen from now on is all right, he's running his extra mile.

Ginepri/Gasquet (seeded 13): 2 sets all, and a 2-0 lead for the American. Richard Gasquet, the first really promising and really competitive French player since Pioline, has a bad tennis elbow. I'm afraid it is soon over for him in this Open.

Agassi got through again, 6/2 in the fifth set... He'll never stop amazing us!

Good news this morning as far as I'm concerned, as R. Ginepri defeated that prick Coria in 5 sets. Well done... Ginepri could well be the next great American player, at least his progress is steady and this result will sure bring him much self-confidence...
He'll meet either Agassi or Blake in the semi-finals.

Elena Dementieva ("my" babe ) beat Lindsay Davenport 7/6 in the 3rd set. I dig Lindsay's pure, high-precision strokes and her pleasant personality but well, I'd really love it if Elena won her first slam in NY this year. It would be no hold-up, as she's already reached finals but never got the victory that she honestly deserves...

It's been a very good vintage Open so far, hasn't it?

Blake leads 6/3, 6/3, 3/6, 3/6, 4/2 0/15. I can't see the match now, but it must be huge on the court...
