    The 2005 World Series--The HOUSTON Astros vs. The Chicago White Sox

    OK...I am interested in this series for a couple of reasons...

    Clemens...

    Starting Pitching...

    and to watch the White Sox lose...

    I hope this is a good series...

    The Sox are good...but the Astros are one of those teams that wins weird...

    this COULD be a good series...

    Astros in 7...

          Which is what brought up the Amazin' Astros piece...

          if they win...that's nothing short of incredible...

          and they don't have a star on that team...

          minus Oswalt...and Clemens...most consider Clemens past stardom even after this year...and Oswalt is the best pitcher right now in baseball...that nobody heard of...

                  I'd say I'm pulling for the 'Stros, although I probably won't watch more than an inning or two a game...

                                  why only watch an inning or 2 a game?

                                  This is everything you preach about old school baseball?

                                  A couple of teams that are overachievers...no...not underpaying...but certainly not overpaying...and they play small ball...both teams are hurt a bit WITH the DH...

                                      I wouldn't be all to disappointed if the Sox won.

                                      I'll keep an eye, but will sacrifice for any regular season Wings or Pistons.

                                          glad 2 teams nobody picked are there...and fans should support it...

                                          especially the ones that are against the Yankee, big market philosophy...

                                          even though Houston and CWS are big markets...they have small marketish teams...

                                              I guess I've become less and less infatuated with baseball over the years....

                                              I guess that's what happens doesn't come close to the playoffs in 13 years..

                                                  it brings me hope...45 years for the Astros or something like that...and 88 years for the White Sox?
