i agree with AIC...people have bought their season tickets, advertisers have bought their space in stadium and on broadcasts...

Unless something earth-shattering like a Michael Jackson type revelation occurs, you cannot take this drastic action.

They have no chance of making playoffs now and Philly fan won't be too happy with coach and GM exercising their ego at expense of their season.

Obviously he shouldn't have said what he did, but he was answering question, albeit a leading one, aimed to spark cuntroversy.

Thing is he was probably right about Farve thing, although he can never admit it without looking like a clown.

If you don't have the balls to do it when he's really being an asshole...then don't use this as a scapegoat...and a way out...

Well...IMO, the guy was pretty much on the money regarding McChoke, so maybe they should have just let him alone. The Eagles are unfortunately more interested in proving how tough they are, than winning football these days.

If they thought Owens was a problem, you get rid of him back in training camp, not now. All this is is Reid trying to distract from the fact he can't come up with a game plan to save his life.

I agree. But knowing all the baggage this fucker has had over the years, what made the Eagles organization think THEY could control him when no one else could.
