Canada on 98? For a nation of icehockey it's not so bad!

not 98th, 89th!! Its ok, we`re still ahead of powerhouses Albania, Iceland, Cuba and China . How nations like Mozambique and Rwanda are ahead of us is a major question!
I`m still trying to figure out how the hell we were 55th in 2007!
The only reason were 89 is because the Dutch stole Jonathan de Guzman from us!!!!Comment

ah, you are awake! 89th!
De Guzman is in my team Feyenoord. When he is fit he is okay, but the wanker is always hurt! Not so long ago (I thought it was Newcastle) we could sell him for € 14 million but we didn't let him go. Two months later he was out for a year beacuase of his hamstring.
We have the worst season in history.....we have lost 12 fucking matches!!! Thanks to that canadian fag! (just kidding)Comment

I can admit I`m not worried we lost Jonathan, his brother Julian is a much better player, plays for Deportivo, and represents Canada. He was solid in the 2007 Gold Cup, but, we got screwed against those damn Americans (If there`s one team I hate more than Portugal its the US!!)

I really hope Portugal doesn't qualify for the World Cup. One more loss, even another draw really puts qualification in jeopardyComment

We will redeem ourselves in this years Gold Cup!!!
We won it back in 2000, we`ll win it in 2009!Comment

Adriano (temporarily) retires...
I remember when he broke into the scene at Parma, playing alongside Gilardino. When he joined Inter, he was phenomenal, scoring many clutch goals, and it was a joy to watch him those years. He hasnt been the same the last few years though.
