I like the very first picture you posted because you can just see the part of the upper deck where Johnny Damon hit that grand-slam in Game 7 to break The Curse and the backs of the Yankees in '04...
Seriously (ok, I was being serious...) I was talking to my Yankee-fan brother-in-law yesterday about Johnny Damon...I asked him how he was enjoying the Johnny Damon era...he kind of winced and was like "yeah...he's ok..." The day Damon signed with the Yankees I sent an email to him (very similar to what I posted here in some thread...maybe the Yankee thread EVH...) about how Damon was the best leadoff hitter in the game but have fun watching opposing runners go 'first-to-third' on anything hit on the ground to center...he said "yeah, you were right..."
I also called him on how could he, or any real Yankee fan, in his heart of hearts, not think of that grand-slam EVERY TIME Johnny Damon came to bat? He reluctantly agreed with me.
By the way, those two home runs he hit today looked VERY familiar...
Maybe this is what a heroine addict feels like after getting a long awaited fix, shooting up in the corner of some abandoned building and just not giving a fuck about what the rest of the world thinks...TATTOO"Comment
